ERPNext Implementation
Open-source ERP that runs your operations — implemented and customized by a Frappe Partner.
Frappe PartnerFor wellness, fintech, and F&B companies outgrowing spreadsheets and disconnected SaaS tools, Frappe/ERPNext puts Accounting, Inventory, CRM, and HR in one system you actually own.
As a Frappe Partner we implement it around your processes — not the other way round — then customize where off-the-shelf falls short.
What's included
- Map how your business actually runs before anything is configured. We interview each team, document order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, stock, and month-end close, and mark where spreadsheets and manual hand-offs sit today. The deliverable is a process map and a module plan that says what ERPNext covers out of the box and what needs customization.
- Configure ERPNext around your processes: chart of accounts, taxes, warehouses, item and price lists, selling and buying flows, manufacturing BOMs, and HR where needed. Every setting is documented so your team knows why the system behaves the way it does. The deliverable is a working ERP your team can test with real transactions.
- Build what off-the-shelf ERPNext does not cover as a separate Frappe app, so upgrades stay safe. Custom work includes DocTypes, workflows and approvals, validations, print formats, dashboards, and reports. The deliverable is versioned, upgrade-friendly code that lives in your own repository.
- Connect ERPNext to the tools around it: payment gateways, shipping carriers, Shopify and marketplaces, WhatsApp notifications, banks, and BI dashboards. Integrations use the Frappe REST API and background jobs, with logging so failed syncs are visible instead of silent. The deliverable is one source of truth for orders, stock, and finance.
- Move customers, suppliers, items, opening balances, and open transactions out of spreadsheets or legacy systems. We clean and map the data, run trial imports, and reconcile balances with your accountant before cut-over. The deliverable is a go-live with numbers your finance team signs off on.
- Run ERPNext on Frappe Cloud or on your own servers. We set up backups, monitoring, staging sites, and a tested upgrade path between major versions. The deliverable is a stable production site and a clear upgrade calendar.
- Train each team on the workflows they own, with short role-based guides instead of a generic manual. After go-live, a support retainer covers fixes, small changes, and new reports as the business grows. The deliverable is a team that runs the system without calling us for every question.
How we run an ERP implementation.
- 01
Discover
Process mapping, module plan, and a fixed-scope proposal. You know what goes live, in which order, before the build starts.
- 02
Configure & Build
Core setup and custom apps in short cycles on a staging site, with your team testing real transactions at the end of each cycle.
- 03
Migrate & Go Live
Trial imports, reconciliation, user training, and a planned cut-over date. The old system stays read-only until balances match.
- 04
Support & Improve
Post-launch support window, then a retainer for fixes, reports, and new modules as your operations grow.
